The Fraser Health Authority (FHA) is committed to creating a high-performing and more sustainable health system for the 1.6 million people living in the region. To help achieve this, the Health Authority has partnered with the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF) and the Institute for Health System Sustainability (IHSTS) on a three-phase initiative. The first phase of the Fraser Health Transformation project is intended to generate knowledge and gather information.
