Leora Paradise, Project Lead, Home and Community Health
Leora Paradise is a policy analyst with experience in health policy, planning, research and programming. Before joining IHSTS she was an associate with a strategic planning firm in Vancouver, where she worked closely with health authorities and municipal governments across BC. Leora has a background in health education and women’s health, with extensive experience in program and curriculum development. She has a master’s degree in Public Policy and a bachelor’s degree in Gender & Feminist Studies.
Why did I chose the home health roadmap project?
This project is important, timely, and extremely relevant; everyone has a story about a loved one’s experience with home care. Home health plays a central role in our health care system, and this project outlines its many opportunities for improvement.
